Erin Bailey, PMHNP, MSN, RN has been practicing as a nurse since 1996 (27 years). She specialized and graduated from Allen College in Waterloo, Iowa with a certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in 2019. Since then she has continued to grow in her knowledge and experience in treating patients and working alongside other providers in the same profession. She strives to make every patient feel heard, understood, and to involve them as much as possible in their care to help ensure therapeutic treatment success. 

"I am Erin Bailey. I am married with 2 daughters and a grand-daughter. I have 1 dog, 1 cat, 2 chickens and a fish! I have grown up in the rural communities of Iowa. I stay busy with family activities and the everyday challenges we all experience. I choose to specialize in Mental Health because growing up in this area I realize that there is still quiet a stigma around Mental Health, and I have personally struggled myself, along with loved ones. I understand how it can directly affect the quality of life for individuals and those around them. It is just as important to take care of our mental health as our physical health. I look forward to utilizing my skills to help others and their loved ones on their own Mental Health Journeys!"
